We will review your financial situation to analyze the most efficient methods for transferring wealth to next generations!

Creating an Estate Plan can be intimidating, we help you organize your goals and provide guidance on your options. We believe in the team approach to estate planning and work with your CPA and Attorney to develop your plan.

Regardless of the size, value, or complexity of your Estate, your should have an Estate Plan. Proper planning ensures that your wishes are accurately honored and your property passes to the individuals and organizations of your choice.

Our process:

  1. Start by listing all of your assets: These include real property, investment property, business ownership interests, IRA accounts, bank accounts, life insurance policies, annuities, etc.
  2. Gather beneficiary designations. Many accounts like IRAs, life insurance policies, annuities, or bank accounts pass upon your death by a designated beneficiary listed specifically for that asset. It is particularly important to review these designations when creating or changing your Estate Plan to ensure your assets pass according to your wishes.
  3. Assist in developing your goals and who you want to leave property to. List the goals you want to accomplish in your Estate Plan. This may include establishment of a Revocable or Irrevocable Trust. See our Resources page for more information or contact us to learn more.
  4. Consider who you want to serve as Executor and/or Trustee, if applicable. The Executor is the person or entity responsible for carrying out the directions or your Will. Serving as someone's Executor can be both an honor and a burden.

We are happy to serve as Executor or Co-Executor to take the burden off your family and provide expert assistance.
