MasterCard® Debit Card
Our MasterCard® debit card is linked to your spending account, automatically deducting money when you make a purchase. Plus, all your purchases show up in your Online & Mobile Banking, making it easier to see where you’re spending your money.

Ka'Ching Debit Card Rewards
You’ve heard of credit card rewards, but what about being rewarded for purchases made with your debit card? With Ka’Ching Debit Card Rewards:

- Rewards based on PIN (excluding ATM transactions) and/or signature-based transactions

uSave
We also make building up your savings account easier with uSave. Every time you make a debit card purchase, your savings grows!
After enrolling, your debit card purchases will automatically be rounded up to the next whole dollar. The difference is automatically transferred to your designated First Citizens savings account. To help you track your savings, your monthly bank statement will contain an itemized list of the transactions plus provide a record of the savings transfers and the new balance of your savings account.

Brella
First Citizens Bank uses a fraud prevention tool for ALL debit card customers.
Gain more protection with Brella
For your safety, activity on your debit card is monitored and card blocks by Brella may occur. In the event a block takes place, contact the Brella Fraud Department at 1-866-508-2693. By calling this number, you can confirm blocks and reinstate your card.
