Contact Center Representative

First Citizens Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Contact Center Representative position at our Mason City office. Duties include answering in-bound customer service calls, performing and processing various customer transactions, performing operational duties and account reconciliation services, and the preparation of reports and documents. The successful candidate will have greater than one year banking experience and/or associates degree or combination of, above average customer service skills, and sales/business development techniques and knowledge of compliance related issues. Interested and qualified candidates should complete and submit our online application.


Trust Administrator

This role is responsible for actively managing client relationships and supporting the fiduciary team.  Position requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects, strong organizational skills, proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, excellent oral and written communication skills.  Experience in a professional setting and ability to attain advanced designation is preferred.  Interested and qualified candidates should complete and submit our online application.


Administrative Assistant
