Full-time Receptionist

First Citizens Bank is accepting applications for a full-time Receptionist position at its Mason City West office. Duties include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting customers, filing, processing customer transactions by maintaining safe deposit box records, invoicing customer for services, verifying transactions for accuracy, assisting tellers as needed, and the preparation of reports and documents. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, above average customer service skills, initiative, organizational, communication, teamwork and mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Interested qualified candidates should submit an application by July 27, 2018

Part-time Teller

First Citizens is accepting applications for a part-time Teller (approx. 30 hours per week) at its Mason City office. This position will include Saturday rotation. Duties will include a variety of service functions including processing savings and checking accounts and cashing checks and money orders. The successful candidate will possess above average skills in communications and mathematics, basic computer skills, excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, initiative, able to work with limited supervision, a general knowledge of banking products, and a high school diploma or G.E.D.  Previous banking experience is preferred.
